Performance Tune-Up

Find the 1% that’s holding your performance hostage, and leave with the exact plan to fix it.

It’s about getting clarity, filtering the noise, and taking the next step with a plan that actually applies to you.

What's included in the 90-minute specialist session?

  • Movement and performance analysis

  • Correctives coached properly, not just handed over

  • Lifestyle checklist with 1 action per area for immediate focus

The Problem?

If you’re an athlete, you’ve probably been here.

  • You train hard, but progress feels, capped

  • You keep managing the same recurring issue

  • You feel powerful in some positions, weak in others

  • One side always feels different

  • You’re unsure if you’re doing the “right” things to stay healthy and perform

Sometimes it’s pain.

Sometimes it’s just that desperation to be better, and the frustration of not knowing what to change.

You need More.

Most movement assessments are generic. Athletes aren’t.

You’ve built sport-specific habits that make you effective BUT a basic movement screen will often;

  • Flags things that don’t matter for your sport

  • Misses the limiter that does matter

  • Gives you random mobility and activation drills with no direction

  • Doesn’t link movement to performance

The result. You leave with exercises, but no clarity.

The Performance Tune-Up is different.

The Differentiator.

You are coming to see a specialist.

A good surgeon doesn’t promise to fix your knee in a single appointment. They identify what’s actually going on, give you certainty and map the pathway.

That’s exactly how this works.

  • I identify what is inhibiting performance

  • I test what actually matters

  • I coach the correctives that address the limitations

And you leave with a simple plan and clear next step.
